Business Support
clients in need of additional hours beyond their allotted time
will be billed at our current labor rates
discounted by 10%.
Enterprise Support clients in need of additional hours
beyond their allotted time will be billed at our current
labor rates discounted by 13%.
Schedules
requested work by customer is required to be scheduled 2 weeks
in advance.
Support required beyond normal
business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) please add $50/hour
in addition to the hours in the support plan.
