Please call our technical support number when any of these situations exists:

  • You cannot connect to ConnectNC’s DSL or dialup or stay connected.
  • You can connect to the ConnectNC’s DSL or dialup, but are unable to surf the Internet or send/receive e-mail.

Our technical support staff is not allowed to help you with issues not directly related to your Internet connection. Technicians cannot help you with printing, sound or any software applications other than popular web browsers and mail programs.

We do offer premium support at the main office number from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, which is billed at an hourly rate to your credit card.

Customers have the option for premium support in person with an appointment at the Troy or Southern Pines office rather than using the free tech support.   It is $35 per call or visit up to 15 minutes.   The best way to avoid being charged for premium support is to make use of the free support number!
