This article assumes that you are familiar with navigating through your mobile phone settings.? If you're not, we are happy to assist local users at our regular computer repair rate.? Please stop into our office.? If you are not local, please print this and take it to your mobile phone carrier for assistance with mail configuration.
You should know your email address and your password.
ConnectNC (connectnc.net, pinehurst.net) users: Incoming mail server name: ?mail.connectnc.com (port 110 for POP, port 143 for IMAP). Outgoing mail server name: ?mail.connectnc.com (port 25 for SMTP). Your username is your e-mail address.
Hosting customers, please use your own actual domain name in place of "example.com." Incoming mail server name: ?mail.example.com (port 110 for POP, port 143 for IMAP). Outgoing mail server name: ?mail.example.com (port 25 for SMTP). Your username is your e-mail address.
Go to Settings > Add Account. (see picture below)
Tap Email (see below)
Choose POP3 Account (see below)
Configure your incoming mail settings.? Wherever we have "account@example.com," replace with your actual email address.? Wherever we use "example.com." use your actual domain name. (picture below)
Enter your outgoing mail settings. Wherever we have "account@example.com," replace with your actual email address.? Wherever we use "example.com." use your actual domain name. (picture below)
