ConnectNC customers whose accounts have been compromised and used to send spam, malware, or phishing messages will be limited to sending just a few messages per hour. In some cases, especially if we can't reach you, we may suspend ability to send any messages.

It will be up to the customer to make sure that the affected accounts' passwords are changed and the customer computers are free and clear of viruses.

After the passwords have been changed and the computers on the network are deemed to be secure, please open a ticket to have us remove your outbound mail restrictions.
