In Person Support and Office or Home Visits

Dear Clients,

For the foreseeable future, ConnectNC staff will not be making in-home or office visits to our customers. We will also not be taking any appointments in our office in Southern Pines.  We have instructed our staff to work from home until further notice.

How to get support:

  2. You may also send a text message to initiate a support request: 910-695-7068.
  3. See if your issue is addressed here:  https://www.connectnc.com/clients/knowledgebase.php
  4. If remote support is needed, we will ask you to go to https://fastsupport.gotoassist.com/ so that we may access your PC.  It’s necessary that you know how to use your computer well enough to download and install an app before we can help you.
  5. We may create a custom tutorial video or send written instructions for your issue.

We are not be able to provide remote assistance or phone support for smart phone and tablet issues, but we are glad to send video or written instructions when possible.
